Matic Užmah is an experienced SaaS and AI operator with over 15 years of expertise in Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market strategy, and scaling venture-backed startups. He was part of the early team at Synthesia, where he helped grow the company from $2M to over $20M ARR, and later led Revenue Operations and Customer Success at Colossyan. His career includes a successful exit with Support Hero and ongoing advisory roles with AI founders and SaaS companies, where he focuses on building sustainable growth frameworks. As a founding member of SLO AI, Matic also contributes to shaping the AI community in Slovenia and across Europe.
